Peter Basell got us started 5 years ago by setting up everything for our initial registration. We were relative babes in the woods when it came to RTO Compliance with ASQA Standards. Being an online RTO located in a rural area, face-to-face meetings were difficult, so all contact occurred via phone, email and skype. This worked out perfectly as Peter constantly made himself available to fit into our schedule repeatedly and dependently over these last 5 years.

We have been audited twice now with no “non-compliances”. Our auditor was most impressed by the Audit Answers RTO Management System. We have just been re-registered by ASQA for 7 years, a process that thankfully occurred without audit due to our record of compliance.
