RTO Management System

An RTO Management System with customisable, Generic Policies, Procedures and Forms (in Word or PDF) and aligned to the Revised Standards for RTOs with multiple approaches and functions to maintain evidence of ongoing self-assurance actions.

The RTO Management System is comprised of a full suite of generic, customisable RTO policies and procedures and forms with user guides, written to align the RTO’s ongoing self-assurance approach to the ‘Revised Standards for RTOs ’.

Reference directly from excerpts of the Revised Standards to relevant policies, procedures and forms. Locate completed forms and update records for use in any future performance assessment.  (CRICOS Version available)

Simple edit features allow easy policy and procedure editing and updating to suit the RTO’s operations and maintained audit readiness. All of which are automatically version contolled and remain searchable.

Have your own policies? You can add and edit these in the Audit Answers platform to suit your training context. We recommend a thorough contextualisation process at the initial uptake. The RTO Management System is current technology with built in AI, and ‘in system’ collaboration features .

Complete a task or an update and then use the ever present ‘@mention’ feature to alert other staff members regarding any changes and actions taken. These records of update, and staff communication also remain available in the easily accessable version control.

Records are backed up and secure and retrievable to the highest standard.
